By registering you fully accept all registration conditions as further detailed:

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount payable within 10 days upon registration / 70% residual amount must be paid by July 31, 2024.
Invoices are issued in the name of the participant unless requested otherwise. Please contact ARTION Conferences & Events if this applies to you.

Please make sure you state your name when transferring your payment. Note that all banking costs are born by the participant.

Payments & Taxes

• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT.
• Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number are provided during the registration process.
• Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird deadline on 31/07/2024.
• After early bird deadline expirations, unpaid registrations are switched automatically to the valid registration fee of the day and new registrations will be served according to availability.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of participation must be notified by e-mail to aiace-assises@artionpco.eu

• For cancellations received by30/06/2024- thefull amount  is refundable, reduced by the administrative fee of 10%.
• For cancellations received from 01/07/2024 until 31/07/2024 – 50% of the full amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations received after 01/08/2024- No refund is possible.

However, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Any modification should be communicated to the Congress Secretariat aiace-assises@artionpco.eu
All refunds are processed after the Congress and within of a period of twelve weeks.
Refundable amounts may bear bank fees.
Requests for reimbursements must be sent only by email to aiace-assises@artionpco.eu
Refunds to credit card payments may only be credited back to the original credit card used upon payment; refunding to an alternate card is not possible.
In case of event cancelation for reasons of force majeure, paid registration fees are fully refunded.
If the AIACE 2024 Congress is rescheduled to a new date, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the Congress at its newly scheduled time.

It is highly advisable:

• to contract a travel insurance (including repatriation)
• to contract a cancellation insurance (if not covered by your travel insurance)
• to take with you the cover’s attest of the JSIS (to be requested from RCAM on-line or from your Settlements Office)

No-show Policy

• Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (delegates who do not attend the Congress with no prior notice of cancellation). Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the AIACE 2024 Congress
• All refunds regarding cancellations sent in writing to ARTION Conferences & Events within the cancellation policy deadlines, will be processed within 3 months after the end of the conference.
• All details regarding the AIACE 2024 Congress are announced at https://aiace-europa-assises.eu/

DATA PROTECTION: The personal data you provide to us is collected with your consent; personal data collected through the registration forms are intended for the sole purpose of processing your registration for the AIACE 2024 Congress. They will in no case be sold, rented, or passed on to third parties; their processing will be done in accordance with Greek legislation and European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation).
